Remote File Access
Do you have files or records that need to be
accessed from many locations? Perhaps files updated by multiple personnel.

Management System is for you. Using a simple password log-in multiple
users may download, modify, and then upload files.

- Users need to checkout documents they intend
to change. The same user will check-in the document after it has been
updated. While the document has been checked out the system will flag the
document as being out and only allow other users to have read access
to the file. This will prevent multiple users from the updating the
same file at the same time.
- Web based user
interface.
- Can be accessed from a standard web browser
(i.e., Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer). The interface is intuitive
and provides an efficient user experience.
- Users can create file
structures (additional folders).
- The file system should has the ability to
create folders and subfolders for storage of files. The users are also able
to move one or more files between folders.
- Supports multiple file
types
- The system allows users to upload and
download most standard file types like Word, Access, Excel, Text, JPEG and
Html.
