How to Export to Your Outlook Express Contacts Folder to a Text File

  1. Start Outlook Express.
  2. On the File menu, point to Export, and then click Address Book.
  3. Click Text File, and then click Export.
  4. Click Browse to specify a location to save the file.
  5. Click Save as type: and choose Text File(*txt)
  6. Click Save
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click only the E-mail address Box
  9. Click Finish.
  10. Send us the Text file you have created.

Exporting from Outlook 2000 is beyond the scope of this method of communication and requires you to export your address book and open it with a Data Base program like Microsoft Access.
